What is our return policy?

We understand that it can be difficult purchasing items online and we want our customers to be happy! If you are unhappy with your purchase, we will gladly offer you a refund or exchange. Please note all shipping costs will be at the expense of the customer unless the item is found to be faulty. If the item is found to be faulty then we will refund you the return shipping cost after the item is returned.

Change of mind returns:  All items must be in their original condition with original packaging, unused, unworn with all hang tags attached for the refund or exchange to be honored. The goods must be returned within 14 days of receiving the product. We reserve the right to refuse a product exchange that does not meet these requirements.

How to return:

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Custom-made items cannot be returned unless they are found to be unusable or unsafe.

To start a return, you can contact us at cleoscorner@outlook.com.au . If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please note that you will be responsible for any shipping charges associated with returning or exchanging items, unless items are deemed faulty.
